Difference between Force and Deadly Force....

When using force to defend yourself or loved ones, you will be examined and measured by the incident and the law simultaneously. If your incident do not have obvious or provable elements of actions that can cause death or serious bodily injury, then you can only use limited physical force legally.

Most people do not have the knowledge, skill, or ability to emotionally differentiate between force or deadly force. This means, once the average person becomes angry, anything the opposing person does is usually perceived as deadly force even when the components of deadly force is not present at the time of the incident.
